Pricing Custom cookie prices begin at $48/dozen. The final price depends on the design and level of detail such as writing, metallics, or intricate details. Specialty pricing will apply to cookies that are branded, have logos, or have characters.
Please include inspiration photos, invitations, or event details that you would like included. Only one image can be uploaded in the form - if you have more, please mention that in the specifications section, or feel free to email them to me.
To give the most accurate price, please share: any flavors, colors, names, ages, numbers, theme, and sayings. Current flavors are listed under the Q&A's. These details help me design cookies for you so that they can fit your event.
Budget Friendly Option Looking for something simpler? The Simply Iced option is available at $35/dozen. Specific details are not included, but up to 3 different shapes and 3 different colors per dozen are included.
Booking and Deposits Spots book quickly, so ordering early is highly recommended! Orders are not reserved until a deposit is paid. An invoice will be emailed after your request is accepted. For orders under $50: the full amount is due at booking. For orders of $50 or more: a 50% retainer is required within 72 hours (3 days). The remaining balance is due the week of pickup. If you need a payment plan, just reach out to me! All invoices are sent through Square unless other arrangements are made (Venmo is also accepted). If the balance is not paid on time or communication stops, your order will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. This policy ensures I can fairly manage my time, ingredients, and other customer requests.
Rush Fee Orders placed with 7 days or less notice will include a 15% rush fee.
Pickup Please note your pickup date when ordering. Be sure to factor in your event date and setup time! At least 7 days notice is required between placing an order and pickup. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are pickup only. Local delivery within Waco is available for $5, if arranged ahead of time.
Cancellation and Refunds 10+ days before pickup: Eligible for a 70% refund (30% cancellation fee) Less than 10 days before pickup: No refunds (supplies and time have already been invested in your order) Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your order, please reach out! If your new date is unavailable, you may keep your original pick-up date or cancel under the above terms.
