Q) How do I place an order? A) First things first, I need you to fill out the custom order form to see if I am available for your date. If your requested date is unavailable, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and to see if we can work something out. If your date is available, I will contact you and ask for specific details.
Q) What flavors do you offer? A) Other than my signature vanilla sugar cookie, flavors include chocolate, red velvet, snickerdoodle, birthday cake, and blueberry lemon. I am always looking out for new flavors so keep an eye out for more!
Q) What else do you offer besides decorated cookies? A) The simple answer is a lot. I offer drop cookies and and cupcakes occasionally. During December, you will find a variety of products that you can choose from such as my family's special fudge and bread recipes. I am always trying to learn new techniques and recipes so my product selection is always changing.
Q) Do you offer refunds? A) I can offer a partial refund with cancellation at least 10 days prior to pick up. After 10 days, no refund will be given. This is because supplies may have already been bought for your order. Orders due within the week of booking will not be refunded.If an order has been cancelled and cookies have already been made, no refund will be issued. Any cookies not picked up within 24 hours, unless another arrangement has been made, will be forfeited and nonrefundable.
Q) Can you ship or deliver cookies? A) Cookies are available for pickup in Lorena. For an extra fee of minimum $5, I will personally deliver cookies.
Q) Do you offer gluten or nut free cookies? A) At this time, no.
Q) Can I have a preview of my cookies before I confirm my order? A) Unfortunately, no. I will use the theme, colors, and any specific details that you provide me to the best of my ability to design a set for your event. If there is a specific design you would like, please include it in the specifications section of the custom order form. Please note that I will try to make your cookie as similar to any design you provide to the best of my ability.
Q) How do I pay for my cookies? A) For custom orders, please refer to the 'Custom Inquiries' page. For online orders, payment is due upon ordering. Payment options as of November 2021 include Venmo and Square.
Q) What do I do if I need to reschedule my order? A) If you need to reschedule your order, just email me and let me know as soon as you can. I will let you know if I can move your order. If I can't move your order to the new date, you will be given the option of keeping your original date. If you think the cookies will be stale by your event, don't worry. You can freeze your cookies!
Q) Can I freeze my cookies? A) YES! In order to freeze them, you will need to carefully place your packaged cookies on their sides in a container. When you are thawing the, make sure to set them out 24 hours in advance. It is very important that you do not open the container until they are fully thawed, as condensation could potentially ruin your cookies!
