Q) How do I place an order? A) Fill out the custom order form first. This lets me confirm availability for your date. If your date is unavailable, I'll contact you to discuss other options. If your date is available, I'll follow up with the next steps.
Q) Can I have a preview of my cookies before I confirm my order? A) I don't provide previews, but I'll use your theme, colors, and design requests from the order form to create your set. I'll always do my best to match your vision.

Policies
Q) Do you offer refunds? A)
Cancel 10+ days before pickup: partial refund available.
Cancel less than 10 days before pickup: No refund (supplies are already purchased).
Cancel within the week of pickup or after cookies are made: No refund.
Cookies not picked up within 24 hours (without prior arrangement): forfeited and nonrefundable.
Q) What do I do if I need to reschedule my order? A) Email me as soon as possible. I'll try to move your order to a new date. If I am unable to, you may keep your original date. If you are worried about freshness, you can freeze your cookies!
Q) Do you charge extra for rush orders? A) Yes. Rush orders placed with less than one week's notice will incur a 15% fee.
Pickup and Delivery
Q) Do you ship or deliver cookies? A) Under Texas Cottage Food Laws, I cannot ship cookies. Pickup is in Lorena, TX. For an extra $5, I can deliver within the area.
Q) How do I pay for my cookies? A) All custom orders are invoiced through Square, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If other arrangements are needed, I also accept Venmo. Orders are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received. Please note: if payment is not completed and communication stops, your order will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.
Storage and Freezing
Q) Can I freeze my cookies? A) YES! Place packaged cookies on their sides in an airtight container. To thaw, set them out 24 hours before serving. DO NOT open the container until fully thawed to prevent condensation from ruining your cookies.
